27th July, evening at Star Carr

I managed about 1.5 hours fishing and got 1 rainbow and 2 roach for my efforts. The rainbow was the only bite that I had from trout, but the roach in the shallows proved to be good sport. I could see them swimming around, and they were convinced that my RN was real.
